Peanut Cookies


  • 3 mugs of plain or wholemeal flour
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 1 small jar of crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 mug of milk


Preheat your oven to 220c (gas mark 7)

Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.

In another bowl or jug, slowly blend together the peanut butter and milk.

Add this liquid mixture to the flour and mix to form a firm dough.

Break off small marble size pieces to roll into a ball which should be placed on a greased baking tray and then gently pressed into a cookie shape (you can form larger cookies if you desire).

Cook in the centre of the oven until brown.  Cool and store in an airtight container
